Three Albion Projects Receive First Place Honors
We are thrilled to announce that Albion had three projects that placed first at the 2019 AGC Build Georgia Awards Program.
Our project at Atlanta Motorsports Park earned first place, and we definitely recommend you take a trip up to Dawsonville to check it out!
This world class building includes a kart retail and service center, viewing deck, covered pit lane area, entertainment space and members’ lounge. Additionally, there is a cafe and meeting suites. The multi-million dollar facility has a wrap around deck with a unique viewing space. The new facility allows racers to hang out in the climate-controlled rooms as well as getting staged in their karts pre-race.
Albion’s project known as the ‘Troup County Human Services Building HVAC Replacement’ in LaGrange, Georgia earned first place honors. The project, owned by the Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission, required the replacement of the existing HVAC and providing new concrete pads. Albion worked days, nights, and weekends to meet the needs of both GSIFC and the Troup County DHS. The work we did on the Troup County Human Services Building HVAC Replacement is the perfect example of the high caliber quality of work you expect from Albion. We are thrilled our team was recognized for the work they did there!
Finally, the renovation and addition at the North Cobb Senior Center was completed early 2018 with CROFT Architecture, Engineering, and Program Management! It also earned first place honors.
Thank you to AGC-GA for putting on this program and recognizing outstanding projects in Georgia.
