Project at North Cobb Senior Center Complete

We are so excited to have just completed our project at the North Cobb Senior Center in Acworth, Georgia.

Cobb County awarded Albion, in partnership with architectural firm Croft and Associates, the renovation and expansion of the North Cobb Senior Center. The center served as the first combination multipurpose and neighborhood center in the area. The North Cobb Senior Center sits in the back of a Cobb County Park property behind baseball fields, softball fields, and tennis courts. The center also serves as a gathering spot for the community. The phased project consisted of the renovation and expansion of the pre-existing center. Its original lodge like design concept was retained while we gave the existing floor plan a complete overhaul. The addition was completed while the existing building remained fully operational. The addition of a one-story building adjacent to the current building complements the overall look and feel while adding a dynamic new space. The building contains an event space in addition to space for yoga, billiards, table tennis, bridge, and more.
Albion was responsible for composing the team of architects, MEP, and all subcontractors.
