Wiregrass Technical College Campus Renovations

Albion served as Construction Manager at Risk for a two-phase renovation project at Wiregrass Technical College, focused on life safety upgrades and academic facility improvements across the campus.

Phase 1, completed in 2021, involved installing new fire suppression systems in Buildings 100 and 200. This included wet systems for classrooms and offices, dry systems for outdoor areas, and chemical suppression systems for IT and server rooms.

Phase 2, completed in 2023, focused on academic renovations. Work included new interior finishes, HVAC and electrical upgrades, and restroom modernizations—delivering a more comfortable and efficient environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Together, these upgrades help support Wiregrass’s mission by providing safer, more functional learning spaces that meet the needs of a growing technical education community.
