Location: Atlanta, GA
This active basement laboratory space at Georgia Tech was in need of renovation and we were delighted to be back working on the campus once again .The project included gutting the entire infrastructure of the spaces including all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and all finishes. Timberhood Consulting redesigned the MEP and the campus architects completed the design. The scope of work included: demolition, asbestos abatement, masonry, laboratory millwork, doors/hardware, painting, acoustical ceilings, electrical lighting/power, HVAC, vacuum/gases/compressed air, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and voice/data wiring. We completed the work in 90 days for a happy client.
