We were excited to be selected as the Construction Manager to lead this time-sensitive project to completely remove the existing asphalt roof and replace it with a new TPO roof. Our scope of work also included HVAC valve replacement and cooling tower improvements. Extra care was given to insure the least amount of disruption for the Owner as the facility operates on a 24-hour day schedule. With safety and health being a key issue in the lab, our “safety-first” philosophy was fully in line with the project’s stringent demands. This project was completed on time and on budget
