Georgia National Fairground Horse Barn
This project included demolition, removal, and rebuild of 480 – 10’×10’ stalls, grading the dirt floor, and pouring 97,750 square feet of concrete flooring, with floor drainage, electrical power, and water supply for each of the stalls. Due to upcoming equestrian events, the project was on a very tight schedule. Our effort began with a thorough review of the design documents and value engineering to save the owner time and costs. The work included the total removal of the existing electrical and mechanical systems, walls, ceilings, and flooring. This project was completed on time and budget and opened with much excitement.
