Albion, in partnership with McMillan, Pazdan, Smith Architecture, delivered a full renovation of the 4,100 square foot Martin Luther King Jr. Library in Atlanta through a Design-Build approach.

The project scope included installation of new HVAC systems, ADA compliance upgrades, modern interior finishes, and updated library technology—such as self-checkout stations, public Wi-Fi, and computer access. These improvements bring the facility up to current standards while creating a more welcoming and functional space for library staff and visitors.

This renovation supports Fulton County’s broader investment in public library infrastructure and ensures the MLK Library continues to serve as a valuable resource for the local community.
