Fulton County Hapeville Library

November 2019 – February 2021

Albion, along with Design Firm McMillan Pazdan Smith, was selected as the firm to provide Design-Build services to Fulton County for the design and construction of the Hapeville Library. The project is part of Fulton County’s Facility Master Plan to renovate and construct their 34 libraries. The Hapeville project requires pre-design, design, pre-construction, and construction. The 5,673 square foot library project includes: developing a staging, climate controlled storage and phasing plan in conjunction with the overall project schedule. Additionally, the project requires moving, storing, and reinstalling the existing collections for the Hapeville Library in coordination with library staff.
