Fulton County East Point Library

Albion and design partner McMillan, Pazdan, Smith Architecture, Inc. were selected to renovate the East Point Library in Atlanta, Georgia. Our team provided design-build services that included an 1820 sq. ft. expansion. In addition to the expansion, another 864 sq. ft. of flexible space was added to serve as Maker Space. The expansion made way for a conference room and a dedicated storage space. The East Point Library staff will enjoy the relocation of a designated staff restroom along with an increased staff work area. Finally, the expansion welcomes the addition of a children’s area that will be enjoyed for crafts and future story times.
