Etowah Water & Sewer Facility

To help meet their high standards of ethical stewardship in quality water and wastewater, Etowah Water & Sewer Authority in Clayton County, GA engaged us as Lead Construction Manager at Risk to build crucial components of their facilities. The project started with extensive pricing and value engineering exercises to ensure the project would meet their aesthetic goals, as well as all budget constraints. We completed a 5,000 square foot expansion to their main building as well as a complete renovation of the existing 10,000 square foot space. The project was completed on time and on budget.
