Cobb County DFCS Headquarters

Converting an unused structure built in the 1960s into a contemporary Class A office space was the challenge after we were selected to create, plan and build the design. Following demolition, the build-out included a new roof, conference rooms, training rooms, offices, common areas, entrance foyer and new restrooms. The project was completed two months ahead of the projected timeline – thanks to the committed and dedicated team members from Cobb County and DFCS who collaborated with our team throughout the project. Utilizing LEAN Construction methodologies, we were able to reduce the schedule and had zero change orders.
