Clayton State Academic Core Renovation

The multi-faceted renovation at Clayton State University was a complex but exciting project that Albion took on in 2018. The project consisted of upgrades and improvements to six buildings on campus including the Arts and Sciences Building, the Lecture Hall, Magnolia Hall, the Library, the University Center, and the Athletic Center. This second phase of a massive initiative known as “The Academic Core Renovation”, improves the academic and athletic experience at Clayton State University for students, faculty, and staff. Albion’s team of seasoned industry vets was able to rearrange a schedule to better suit the needs of the university in addition to condensing it.

With laser-focused project management and site supervision, Albion completed this project ahead of schedule and within budget.
