Atlanta Motorsports Park Trackside Business Center

Location: Dawsonville, GA

New 21,000 square foot, two-story conference center in Dawsonville, Georgia featured a fitness room, bar and gathering area, two state-of-the- art meeting rooms, a car elevator equipped to bring up to nine cars to the second floor and more. As CM at Risk, and working with a tight timeline, we maintained a strict project management approach and fluid pricing model that enabled our client to receive cost savings and value engineered solutions throughout the life of the project (even during record-breaking rainfall!). The conference center and clubhouse was completed on time and under budget for its opening in October 2015.
