Project Announcement: Forsyth County Water and Sewer Maintenance Warehouse

Albion has officially broken ground at the Forsyth County Water and Sewer Maintenance Warehouse project in Forsyth, Georgia! Albion and its design team, Jericho Design Group, Hussey Gay Bell, Conway & Owen, and Shear Structural, were selected to provide Design-Build services for the anticipated 20,000-sf pre-engineered metal building.

Forsyth County Captial Projects Albion intends to construct a new 20,000sf warehouse for their Water and Sewer Department. The pre-engineered metal building includes office space, a storage mezzanine, and high-bay storage space to supplement the existing building on the site. The project also includes extensive utility work, construction of new paved parking and gravel laydown areas, new perimeter fencing, and repainting of the existing building. The construction is being phased to minimize disruption to existing operations, with parking and laydown expansion occurring first to allow relocation of existing stored material that currently occupies the site of the new building. Construction is anticipated to be completed in late summer 2026.
