The Chick-fil-A remodel consists of updated finishes, equipment changes. floor updates, new wall finishes and the relocation, replacement and addition of kitchen equipment in the back of house.
The Graham Center Chilis ‘Refresh’ involves the remodel of finishes on the front counter area and customer dining area. Ultimately, we are creating a new food serving concept. Additionally, we are adding a patio to the Chilis.
We are also removing the existing cafe at the Graham Center and replacing it with a Panera Bakery Cafe. This will involve a remodel of the casework within the space and new equipment.
Additionally, we are doing a kitchen/bar area in their athletic stadium. We are also remodeling the Biscayne Bay Campus Servery, Dining Areas, and Chick-fil-A.
