Roosevelt’s Little White House Georgian Hall & Career Center

This historic preservation project began with value engineering analysis early on to ensure the project could be completed under budget. Once the budget requirements were met, our team worked closely with the owners, architects, engineers and users to satisfy both budgeting and building requirements. We also took care to meet their aesthetic desires and local zoning compliance. The 4,200 square foot renovation included concrete slab, metal stud partitions, ceramic tile & VCT flooring, painting, millwork, acoustical ceiling, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Our single-source methodology proved timely as we took end-to-end responsibility for a project that was completed on time and on budget.
