UTeach is an innovative teacher preparation program for students majoring in science and mathematics. This project involved an 8,000 square foot renovation for new offices and a science teaching laboratory. The job called for a team with all the right chemistry and we were proud to be selected as the CM at Risk. The scope of work included demolition of the existing space, new gypsum walls, acoustical ceilings, painting, VCT & carpet flooring, millwork, lighting & electrical, fire sprinklers, lab plumbing, HVAC, and fume hoods. The project was completed on budget and on time. Students and faculty alike were delighted with their new space.
