Albion served as construction manager at risk for the project, successfully completing the construction of the Atlanta Motorsports Park’s (AMP) new 20,000-square-foot clubhouse in Dawsonville, Georgia. This two-story clubhouse offers panoramic views of the track and includes offices, conference rooms, showrooms, and a snack bar. Notably, the project was completed on time, within budget, and with an outstanding safety record, even in the face of severe weather delays.

Construction occurred during some of the heaviest rains and flooding Atlanta has experienced in recent memory. However, Albion’s intense focus on project management and adherence to the timeline ensured that the clubhouse was built smoothly.
