Albion served as Construction Manager-at-Risk for Atlanta Motorsports Park’s new 51,000-square-foot clubhouse and Kart Racing Center in Dawsonville, Georgia. The two-story clubhouse provides panoramic views of the track and includes offices, meeting spaces, showrooms, and guest amenities designed to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Despite challenging weather conditions during construction, Albion delivered the project on time, within budget, and with a strong safety record. The team’s proactive planning and value-focused approach helped maintain progress while identifying cost-saving opportunities for the owner.

In addition to the clubhouse, Albion completed a state-of-the-art kart racing facility featuring a retail and service center, viewing deck, covered pit lane, members’ lounge, café, and entertainment space — creating a premier destination for racers and guests alike.
