Cobb County Stormwater Renovation

Albion, in partnership with LDDBlueline, completed a full renovation of a 14,000 SF facility to create a new office and operations center for Cobb County’s Stormwater Management Division. Delivered through a Design-Build approach, the project involved completely gutting the existing space and rebuilding it with modern finishes, updated systems, and an improved layout to support the department’s daily operations.

The renovated facility now features administrative offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and a staff gym. All building systems were upgraded with new energy-efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. The reconfigured interior improves staff flow and functionality while enhancing overall comfort and efficiency for county employees.

This renovation supports Cobb County’s efforts to modernize its public infrastructure and provide a well-equipped workspace for the teams who help maintain critical services across the community.
