Wiregrass Technical College Campus Renovations

Albion was selected as the Construction Manager for the Academic Renovations for Wiregrass Technical College. Over three years, Albion provided several updates that stretched over 110,000 square feet of the Wiregrass Technical campus. In March 2021, a fire suppression sprinkler system was added for buildings 100 and 200 including wet systems for typical classrooms and offices, dry systems for outdoor areas, and chemical systems for IT rooms. The second phase of the project began in October 2022 and was completed in May 2023. The academic renovations’ design phase included interior finishes, all of the HVAC and electrical upgrades, and bathrooms. These renovations will provide the college with an adequate and upgraded space for students, faculty, and staff to enjoy for years to come.
