This project, undertaken for the Georgia Department of Transportation, involved renovating four Welcome Centers located in North Georgia: Tallapoosa, Ringgold, Lavonia, and Augusta. The primary renovation activities included the installation of new mechanical systems in the Ringgold, Lavonia, and Augusta locations. Additionally, a new shingle roof was installed at the Lavonia center. An air handler was replaced at the Augusta location, and new controls were added. Furthermore, new chillers were installed in both Ringgold and Lavonia.
