Albion served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of two Chick-fil-A restaurants located on the main campus and the Marietta campus of Kennesaw State University. Both projects required a quick turnaround. The scope of work for each location included complete interior demolition, the installation of new wall layouts, flooring, a fire alarm system, and a sprinkler system. Additionally, all plumbing, gas lines, electrical systems, and HVAC units were replaced.
