Albion has been selected as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the James H. “Sloppy” Floyd Towers, located on Piedmont Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. This classic building renovation involves several key areas, including the restrooms, lobby, and the 20-West Empire Room.

The scope of work for the restrooms includes installing a new wall system, tile flooring, toilet partitions, accessories, and water closets. In the lobby, the project will include the installation of new flooring and an acoustical ceiling tile system. The renovation of the 20-West Empire Room will encompass a complete overhaul of the space.
