Albion partnered with the Georgia Department of Defense in August 2023 to provide a renovation of an existing 13,026 SF building along with the addition of a 3,200 sq.ft. preengineered metal building used as a multipurpose building. The renovation was broken down into four parts, A, B, C and D. Areas A and B included a renovation of a conference room, male and female latrines, a kitchen, mothers room and storage. Areas C and D included a renovation of individual offices, storage and additional work areas, The new construction of the preengineered metal building will be used as a multipurpose training building with both multipurpose room and offices and storage areas.The additional scope of work also called for sitework: grading, asphalt, paving valley gutters, highway guardrails. The campuses Drill Hall underwent a revamp of HVAC units as well as installation of infrared heaters.
