Albion served as the Construction Manager At Risk for the interior build-out of two floors within the Sate of Georgia’s Department of Health Building. The goal of the project was to provide a fresh updated space for the relocation of Department of Health staff members.

The Albion team was able to overcome several challenging aspects of the project with a steadfast commitment to client service. The first challenge was overcoming material supply delays by selecting materials that would arrive on time for an accelerated schedule and match existing materials within the building. During construction our team was asked to deliver the project one month earlier than originally anticipated. With excellent coordination and planning, we immediately initiated 10-hour daily shifts along with night and weekend work in order to meet the client’s needs.
