Forsyth County Denmark Library

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Completed: 2025

Albion, in partnership with McMillan, Pazdan, Smith Architecture, successfully completed the construction of the new Forsyth County Denmark Library in Alpharetta, Georgia. The 22,509 square foot, one-story facility serves as the fifth and newest branch in the Forsyth County Public Library system — one of the most highly used library systems in the state of Georgia.

The building was delivered as a Design-Build project and features conventionally framed steel construction with long-span roof decking, standing approximately 16 feet tall. The new facility includes a large open reading area, meeting and study spaces, administrative offices, and a striking floor-to-ceiling glass wall that offers panoramic views of the surrounding 9.5-acre site. Site work also included new parking areas, stormwater management systems, and outdoor activity spaces to support public programming.

This new branch expands access to educational resources and community space for a growing region. Albion is proud to support the Forsyth County Public Library’s mission and grateful to have played a role in bringing this valuable resource to life.
