Albion converted an existing vacant youth detention center into a modern SEC-housing facility. The 12,500 SF renovation scope included the addition of several sleeping rooms, a residential kitchen, a general community area, classrooms, and restrooms. Additionally, major upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were completed. As well as an impressive advanced access control system and closed captioning system were installed. These additions are part of the security measures across the entire building.
