Description
Albion, in collaboration with the design firm LDDBlueline (formerly known as Lyman, Davidson Dooley, Inc.), provided design-build services for the renovation of a 14,000 square foot facility into the new Stormwater Management Division offices for Cobb County. The existing interior and systems were completely removed and replaced with modern architectural finishes and energy-efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The new facility includes offices, administrative areas, a gymnasium, locker rooms, and restrooms.
