Albion was selected as the Construction Manager at-Risk through a Qualifications Based Selection to lead this 12,444 sq. ft. renovation. This building was formerly Warehouse #202 which is located on the Summerville campus and is home to the Art and Physics Departments ceramics lab.

The space houses areas of study including a sculpture studio, a woodshop, paint booth, glazing studio, and welding studio. Additions include faculty offices, storage areas, and a classroom and Physics Lab. This renovation also includes new plumbing, electrical, and expanded HVAC systems.
