Albion General Contractors provided construction management services for the Phase 01 renovation of a 27,000 square foot, two-story building located at 1025 McDonough Blvd. in Atlanta, Georgia. This renovation involved converting an existing church facility into a new school for Atlanta Unbound Academy (AUA). The successful completion of Phase 01 of this fast-tracked project has enabled AUA to operate with 18 standard classrooms, a kitchen and cafeteria, offices, workrooms, a conference room, storage, updated restrooms, and other support spaces.
