The scope of this project consisted of transforming a 10,000 square foot, old cafeteria space and into a state-of-the-art fitness center for all State of Georgia employees. Employees now have 24-hour access to the gym facilities.

The full renovation consisted of replacing all floors, framing walls and adding an office space, electric room, reception area and separate bathrooms equipped with private showers and lockers. Even with material delays on the new air conditioning unit, Albion was able to deliver project on time and within the proposed budget.
