Albion has been chosen as the Construction Manager for a modest renovation of approximately 25,000 square feet in a two-story building located at 2 Ingram Boulevard, La Vergne, Tennessee. This renovation is intended to transform the building into the new school for American Classical Academy Rutherford (ACAR).

The fast-tracked Phase 01 renovation, scheduled for the summer, includes selective demolition, the addition of temporary walls, and updates to finishes, allowing ACAR to begin hosting classes in part of the building. Phase 02 will encompass the remaining renovations to the two-story building, which are planned for the summer of 2025.
