Albion, in partnership with Croft and Associates, provided Construction Management at Risk services for the Northwest Classical Academy in Kennesaw, Georgia. The project included a 16,500 sq. ft. addition to the Upper School wing, featuring seven classrooms, science labs, and office spaces, along with interior renovations transforming the media center into multipurpose space. Despite an unexpected five-week shutdown for state testing, Albion kept the project on schedule and budget. We successfully navigated tight timelines for ordering alternate rooftop units and coordinated daily work around school operations. To minimize disruption, we relocated the drive lane used for student drop-off and scheduled material deliveries around school hours, ensuring smooth operations throughout construction.
