Albion General Contractors was chosen as the General Contractor for the renovation of Purcell Hall, which is located in the heart of North Georgia Technical College’s main quad. This prime location is central to student instruction, learning, and gathering activities.

The newly renovated space will support an expansion of the Plumbing and Construction Maintenance and Management program. The scope of work includes increasing floor space for labs, classrooms, offices, storage areas, and ADA-compliant restrooms.

Additionally, the exterior has been modified to harmonize with the existing campus buildings while providing an attractive entrance at both the interior quad entrance and the popular back parking lot entrance, adjacent to the main road that encircles the campus.
