Albion is offering construction services for Forsyth County, Georgia, to build a new 20,000 square foot warehouse for the Water and Sewer Department. This pre-engineered metal building will include office space, a storage mezzanine, and high-bay storage to complement the existing facility on-site.

The project also involves extensive utility work, the construction of new paved parking and gravel laydown areas, installation of new perimeter fencing, and repainting of the current building. To minimize disruption to ongoing operations, construction will be phased. The first phase will focus on expanding parking and laydown areas to facilitate the relocation of existing materials currently occupying the site of the new warehouse.
