Ivy Creek Baptist Church

Albion, in partnership with design firm CDH Partners, was selected to provide Construction Management services for the renovation and expansion of the Ivy Creek Baptist Church campus, including the Sanctuary, a new Education Building, and new addition to the existing Fellowship Hall.

The project included a full renovation of the 10,775 SF sancutary space, with an additional 5,300 SF Sanctuary expansion to increase seating capacity to over 500 and improve overall worship flow. A new 26,700 SF, three-story Education Building was constructed to support the church’s growing Children’s Ministry and adult education programs, featuring classrooms, a large activity space, and improved connectivity between buildings. The 6,570 SF Fellowship Hall addition provided internal access and much-needed restroom upgrades.

This thoughtfully designed expansion reflects a strong partnership between Albion, CDH Partners, and church leadership — and stands as a prime example of Albion’s ability to deliver high-quality, multi-functional gathering spaces that serve both staff and the broader community with comfort, safety, and lasting value.
