Albion General Contractors, in partnership with CROFT & Associates, delivered this Design-Build renovation of the Douglasville Conference Center to better serve the city’s growing event and community needs. The project modernized the facility and created an updated venue ready to support everything from public meetings to large gatherings.

Work included a full interior demolition followed by upgraded plumbing and electrical systems to improve day-to-day functionality, including new amenities, staff support spaces, and enhanced building controls. Albion also installed new interior finishes throughout, along with custom millwork at key areas such as the reception desk, boardroom, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.

Exterior improvements addressed roof performance, and final updates included new signage and ballroom system upgrades to enhance the guest experience. Construction was completed in January 2026, with the Conference Center set to reopen in early February 2026.
